Remarkably and serendipitously, she encountered the homeowner of “the perfect house” (perfect size, location, character, etc.) while out walking who confided that he and his wife were planning to put their house on the market over the next few months. The rest is history. The house never went on the market. We made an off-market offer that was accepted by the seller. Lynda and team were extraordinarily informative in helping us to craft a reasonable offer that would also be attractive to the seller, sparing all of us the typical hassles of buying/selling real estate.
